Steps Ahead Care & Support Ltd are currently recruiting for a full-time Recruitment & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our CQC outstanding organisation, working within our busy team alongside Senior Administrators and Care Managers within our Head Office in Plymouth.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

We are looking for a highly motivated, driven and passionate person who is able to multitask and work on their own initiative within a friendly and busy team environment.

This is a key position, heading up the Recruitment and Marketing department for Steps Ahead. You will play a fundamental role in the continued retention and expansion of our business model.

Applicants should be computer literate to ensure they are able to fulfil all aspects of this role, including confident use of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.

Your main responsibility will be overseeing the Recruitment and Marketing at Steps Ahead. You will be responsible for:

Marketing:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives as well as managing viral marketing campaigns.

· Coordinate our partnerships with third parties

· Support with the organisation and management of events, brand programmes and sponsorship requests

· Creating content for marketing material and social media platforms

· Creating new and exciting marketing opportunities for Steps Ahead

· Assist with general admin within Marketing

  • Development efficient execution and reporting of advertising, public relations and digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring that the brand is managed in accordance with the identity of the company
  • Develop strategic proposal for digital advertising, using market intelligence to build plans and translating / evaluating social media activity into performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present strategies for marketing and overall brand management activities, ensuring results are directly related to the overall business plan of the Company.

Recruitment:

  • Posting job adverts across multiple social media and recruitment platforms.
  • Reviewing applicants
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Sending and chasing references
  • Processing compliance checks
  • Communicating with the care- coordinator to ensure staff requirements are met for each individual staff team.

All while ensuring CQC standards for recruitment are met. There will be an element of email and telephone communication which means a confidence in these areas are a must.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience leading successful Sales & Marketing teams
  • Experience in Administration and Recruitment, either in the Health & Social Care or Education Sector is preferred
  • A previous knowledge of care and support work is preferred
  • Computer literate with confidence in using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel

You will also be required to offer administrative support to the existing office team. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure all pertinent people have all the information they require to maintain a high quality, safe, effective, caring and well led service.
