Exciting opportunity for experienced and passionate support workers to join Steps Ahead Care & Support, rated as outstanding by CQC.

We specialise in providing support to adults and young people with Acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, spinal injuries and complex care.

We are an established company with a proven track record of offering excellent support to our clients since we first opened in 2009.

The role requires providing support to a gentleman with a spinal injury in Dawlish.

The client lives in his home with his dog.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Minimal personal care
  • Some domestic tasks
  • General support around the house

Our Requirements:

  • Full clean driving licence is required
  • The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with passion and commitment in providing person centred care
  • A minimum of 6 months health and social care experience is preferrable

Working Pattern:

  • Day shifts 1000-1600 on a part time basis. 

You will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
